Topics discussed will include: parenting styles, developmental stages, discipline and boundary setting, and the challenges of raising a child in a dual culture.
10:45am to 11:45am – STRESS MANAGEMENT (January 28th to June 10th)
This class will focus on ways to reduce and manage stress through the use of
meditation, guided imagery, positive affirmations, and basic YOGA techniques.
12:00pm to 1:00pm – BOOK CLUB SERIES (January 28th to June 10th)
1:15pm – 2:15pm – GETTING TO KNOW YOUR INNER CHILD (January 28th to June 10th)
Topics discussed will include: family systems, co-dependency, importance of clear boundaries, defense mechanisms, and healing techniques. |
