Getting High, Staying High: Defining One's Role In Life Lecture with with Rabbi Dr. Akiva Tatz
Rabbi Tatz was born in South Africa and after graduating from medical school,
went on to establish the
Jerusalem Medical Ethics Forum,
of which he remains the Director,
for the purpose of teaching and promoting
knowledge of Jewish medical ethics internationally.
He is an accomplished author, having written a
number of books on the subject of
Jewish thought and philosophy.

Singles, Sushi, And the Torah!
Every Tues. night, starting on Oct. 9, Rabbi Benchimol discusses the week's Torah portion over sushi in the Simcha Hall. The conversations are practical and engaging. Rabbi Benchimol relates the Torah's message to today's world, focusing particularly on dating and romantic relationships. All Singles are welcome.
Classes are held Tuesday nights at 8:00 p.m. throughout the Jewish year. Sushi and refreshments are served.
